I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Crossfit and weightlifting coach with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry.

For me, training is not only about the way it makes you look, but most importantly about the way it makes you feel. We often underestimate the impact of exercise on our mental health. That one hour that we spend at the gym could literally be our only daily opportunity  to leave our phones in the lockers and completely switch off from the outside world.

I strongly believe that whatever type of training you choose, it should give you the strongest platform to be proud of not simply what your body looks like, but what your body can do.
